The Mission
My Why
I was struggling with my weight & suffering from daily panic attacks. I felt unfulfilled, unhappy, uninspired & alone. I knew what I was supposed to be doing (eat right & exercise, of course!) but still wasn’t anywhere close to where I wanted to be.
It wasn’t until I started connecting my mental, spiritual and physical fitness that my life finally started to change for the better. That’s how I started my holistic fitness journey
A holistic approach to fitness was the key
First, I turned to health & wellness resources for advice, but I felt like parts of the conversation were missing.
I ate healthy foods and I exercised regularly but felt like I was spinning my wheels and not achieving what I wanted.
It turns out there was more than just a conversation missing – there was a whole story that had to unfold.
I have spent over a decade developing, exploring and improving my own health, fitness & mindset. Through HolisticDPT, I want to share everything I have learned with you.
I want to empower you with tools that make optimal health and wellness fit your life in a way that makes sense for YOU (& I want you to look GREAT doing it ;)).
That means sharing information in the most realistic & honest way possible. Without shame, guilt or a pushy sales tactic.
It means drawing from actual research, experience and trusted professionals in the health and wellness world.
I’m still learning, growing and improving every day. If I can make your journey a little less overwhelming and a little easier by sharing things that work, things I’ve gone through and ways to succeed, my heart can rest easy.

We live life on our own terms, guided by intuition, joy, love and pursuit of flow that comes from living in alignment with our true purpose.
This community lifts each other up in times of struggle, respects each other’s choices without judgment, and finds strength in knowing we are never alone.

Who I Am
My name is Eni and the pronunciation of my name is always up for debate. Don’t ask me.
I am a licensed physical therapist, a fitness junkie, outdoor enthusiast and eternal optimist.
There’s also a 10/10 chance I will pet your dog.
Helping people reach their health and wellness goals lights me up because I know what it’s like to struggle.
I wanted to create an online service I wish I had when I was struggling the most.
Do you want to wake up with energy, ready for another chance to pursue your dreams?
Do you want to move with ease, and less pain?
Do you want to be able to trust your body and truly listen to what it needs?
If yes, then I’m happy to tell you that you’re in the right place.
There’s a lot of information in my brain.
The thing that frustrates me the most about health and fitness world is the easy acceptance of information from less-than-credible sources coupled with a dismissal of truth and actual scientific evidence.
Although shaming yourself into following strict guidelines may work for a little while, there are definite downfalls attached to this mentality. The way I live and things I do daily are ways I show my body respect & love, not shame and guilt.
It’s about creating long-term habits and building a health into your lifestyle in a way that serves you best.
